Francis joined the Scheme on 12 May 2023 as a Sponsor Nominated Trustee– KPA Pension Scheme (DB) he is a dynamic and accomplished Sales and Marketing professional with over 24 years of experience in the manufacturing industry, he holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Management – Maastricht School of Management (MSM), a Bachelor of Science, International Business Administration in Marketing (USIU) and a certification in Program for Management Development PMD (Strathmore Business School).

Francis is the current head of Distribution and Logistics at Savannah Cement.
