Padwick is a seasoned finance and investment professional with over 12 years of experience in treasury management, investment management, and strategic financial advisory. His experience spans equities, fixed income securities, property investments, and offshore investments, with a strong track record in managing institutional portfolios and supporting strategic investment decisions. He also has a keen interest in alternative investments and emerging investment opportunities that enhance portfolio diversification and long-term value creation.

He holds a Master of Business Administration (Finance) from Kenyatta University and is both a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA) and a Certified Public Accountant of Kenya (CPA-K). He is a member of the Institute of Certified Investment and Financial Analysts (ICIFA) and the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Kenya (ICPAK).

In addition, he holds certification under the Trustee Development Program Kenya (TDPK), demonstrating his commitment to excellence in pension scheme governance, investment oversight, and fiduciary responsibility.
