He is the Scheme administrator. He joined Kenya Ports Authority Pension scheme in 2021.He has over 14 years of experience in pension administration, client relations, Investments, and strategy executed within public and private settings.

He holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology and a Bachelor of Science degree in Actuarial Science from Makerere University. He is a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA) and holds a Diploma in Insurance from the College of Insurance, Kenya.

Additionally, he is a member of the Institute of Certified Investment Financial Analysts of Kenya (ICIFA), the Insurance Institute of Kenya (IIK), and the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
