Peter Havacy Manga is a seasoned Human Resource Professional with over Eight years of experience in HR practice including talent management, employee relations, organization development, policy development and implementation, training and development, performance management, recruitment and administration. He currently serves as the Acting Head of Human Resource & Administration at both the Kenya Ports Authority Pension Scheme and the Kenya Ports Authority Retirement Benefits Scheme 2012, where he leads the strategic and operational function of Human Resource & Administration.

Peter Manga is currently pursuing a Master Degree in Strategic Management at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agricultural Technology. He is a Holder of a Bachelor’s Degree of Science in Human Resource Management. He is a Certified Human Resource Practitioner – Kenya (CHRPK), a trained trainer, and a holder of the Trustee Development Program Kenya (TDPK) certification. He is also a Full/Practicing Member of the Institute of Human Resource Management – Kenya (IHRM).
